Core Automation Services

PLC, HMI/SCADA, robotics, motion, and safety programming from engineers who also design, build, and commission the machine.

Overview

Controls that run the way the process needs

Controls are where a machine either performs or doesn't. Our core automation services cover the full controls scope: PLC logic, HMI and SCADA screens, robot programs, motion control, and the safety system that protects the people who run it.

We write code your maintenance team can read and follow. Structured, documented, and consistent across the line, so faults get cleared without a phone call for every one.

Because we also do mechanical and electrical, the engineer writing the program has the schematics, the layout, and the mechanical design in hand. Fewer assumptions. Fewer surprises at startup.

What's included

The full controls scope

PLC Programming & Controls Engineering

Complete control logic from I/O mapping and sequence design through fault handling and alarms. We develop new programs and modify existing ones, structured so your maintenance team can follow them.

HMI / SCADA Development

Operator screens and supervisory systems that put the right information in front of the right person. Clear status, alarms that say what to do, and recipe and setpoint control built for the operator.

Robotics Programming & Integration

Robot programs, tooling I/O, and PLC handshaking for welding, handling, assembly, and palletizing. We integrate the robot with the rest of the cell so it runs as one system.

Motion Control Systems

Servo and VFD-based motion for indexing, positioning, and coordinated axes. Sized and tuned to hit your cycle time and accuracy requirements.

Safety Systems (Safety PLCs, Validation)

Safety PLC programming, guarding and safety device integration, and functional validation. Every safety function is tested and documented so the system protects your people and holds up to review.

How we work

Defined first, coded second, proven on the floor

Good controls come from a clear definition of what the machine should do. We lock that down before writing a line of code, then test as early as possible.

  1. Define the sequence

We walk the process with your team and document the sequence of operations, I/O list, and fault conditions before development starts.

  2. Develop and test offline

Programs are written to your plant standards and tested offline wherever possible, so bugs are caught at the desk instead of on the floor.

  3. Commission

On-site I/O checkout, tuning, and debug through dry cycling and the first production runs.

  4. Validate safety

Safety functions are tested against the design and documented before the system is released to production.

  5. Hand off

Documented code, program backups, and a walkthrough with maintenance so your team owns the system.
