Turnkey Systems Integration
Concept to production with one team: mechanical, electrical, and controls design, build, programming, runoff, installation, and startup support.
One contract. One point of accountability.
A turnkey project means you deal with one team from the first concept sketch to the first production shift. We handle mechanical design, electrical design, controls engineering, machine build, robot cell integration, programming, factory runoff, installation, site acceptance, and production startup.
There are no handoffs between vendors. The engineers who designed the system are the ones who build it, program it, and stand next to it when it starts producing.
You get a system that was designed as a whole, tested before it shipped, and proven on your floor before we leave.

Every phase, one team
Mechanical Design
Machine frames, tooling, fixtures, guarding, and layouts modeled in 3D and detailed for fabrication. Designed around your part, your rate, and your floor space.
Electrical Design
Power distribution, control schematics, panel layouts, and BOMs produced to your plant standards and kept current through as-built.
Controls Engineering
Sequence of operations, I/O design, and PLC, HMI, and safety architecture defined before build so the hardware and the software match.
Machine Build & Assembly
Fabrication, mechanical assembly, panel build, and wiring in our shop. Every assembly is fit-checked and powered up before runoff.
Robot Cell Integration
Robot, end-of-arm tooling, guarding, and peripherals integrated into a working cell with PLC handshaking and safety.
Programming
PLC, HMI, robot, and motion programs written to your standards and tested offline wherever possible before the system is powered.
Factory Runoff (FAT)
Full functional test in our facility, running your parts against an agreed acceptance checklist. Issues are fixed before shipment, not on your floor.
Installation
Rigging, placement, anchoring, field wiring, and utility connections at your site, coordinated around your production schedule.
Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)
The system is proven at rate in its final location against the same acceptance criteria used at FAT. You sign off when it performs.
Production Startup Support
Our engineers stay on the floor through the first production runs to tune, train, and resolve anything that surfaces as volume ramps.
Ten steps from concept to production
Every turnkey project follows the same sequence. Each step is complete and reviewed before the next begins, so problems are found early, when they are cheap to fix.
- Mechanical Design
Concept, layout, and 3D design of the machine, tooling, and guarding.
- Electrical Design
Schematics, panel layouts, and BOMs issued for your approval.
- Controls Engineering
Sequence, I/O, and control architecture defined to match the design.
- Machine Build & Assembly
Fabrication, assembly, and panel build in our shop.
- Robot Cell Integration
Robot, tooling, and peripherals integrated into the cell.
- Programming
PLC, HMI, robot, and motion programs developed and tested offline.
- Factory Runoff (FAT)
Full functional test on your parts in our facility.
- Installation
Rigging, placement, and field wiring at your site.
- Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)
Proven at rate in its final location, then signed off.
- Production Startup Support
On-floor support through the first production runs.
