Complete systems, designed as one

We build the systems that do the work: welding cells, assembly stations, material handling, conveyors, packaging and palletizing, vision inspection, and machinery that does not exist in a catalog.

Each system starts with your part, your rate, and your floor space. We design around those constraints instead of forcing your process into a standard package.

Because mechanical, electrical, and controls are all in-house, the cell is designed as one system. Tooling, guarding, panel, and program are built to work together from the first drawing, and the system runs your parts in our shop before it ships.

What's included

Systems we design and build

Robotic Welding Cells

Robot, positioner, fixturing, and weld package integrated into a guarded cell with operator load stations. Programmed and run off on your parts before shipment.

Assembly Systems

Manual, semi-automatic, and fully automated assembly stations with part presentation, pressing, fastening, and verification. Built to hold your takt time.

Material Handling Systems

Robotic and automated handling for loading, unloading, transfer, and stacking. Grippers, end-of-arm tooling, and part presentation designed for your product.

Conveyor Systems

Belt, roller, and chain conveyors with accumulation, merge, divert, and indexing where the process needs them. Controls are integrated with upstream and downstream equipment.

Packaging & Palletizing

Case packing, robotic palletizing, and end-of-line automation sized for your rates and pallet patterns. New patterns are set up from the HMI, not by calling a programmer.

Vision Inspection Systems

Camera-based inspection for presence, orientation, measurement, and defect detection. Tied into the PLC and robot so bad parts are rejected automatically and results are logged.

Custom Automated Machinery

Purpose-built machines for processes no standard equipment covers. We design, build, program, and run off the machine as a single turnkey deliverable.

How we work

Start with the part, finish at rate

Every system is defined by the product it handles and the rate it has to hold. We agree on those numbers first and prove them before you sign off.

Define the application
Parts, rates, quality requirements, and floor space are documented and agreed before concept design begins.
Concept and layout
Cell layout, tooling concept, and cycle time estimate are issued for your review.
Design and build
Mechanical, electrical, and controls are designed together, then built and wired in our shop.
Run off on your parts
The system runs your product at rate in our facility before it ships.
Install and start up
Installed, commissioned, and supported on your floor through production startup.
