Training & Documentation

A system is only as good as the people running it — we make sure your team can operate, maintain, and recover it without calling us.

Overview

Hand over the knowledge, not just the machine

Too many automation projects end with a working system and a team that is afraid to touch it. We treat training and documentation as deliverables, with the same care as the program itself.

Operators learn to run the system confidently and recover from common faults. Maintenance learns how the controls, drives, and robots are put together and how to diagnose them. Both get written procedures they can follow at 2 a.m.

We provide training and documentation for systems we build and for systems you already have. If the drawings are out of date or the procedures were never written, we can fix that.

What's included

Training & documentation services

Each item below is a service we deliver on its own or as part of a larger integration project.

Operator Training

We train operators on your equipment, on your floor: normal operation, changeovers, fault screens, and safe recovery. They leave able to run the system and clear common stoppages themselves.

Maintenance Training

We walk your maintenance team through the controls architecture, I/O, drives, robot, and safety system, and show them how to diagnose with the tools they have. Fewer support calls, faster recoveries.

System Documentation

We deliver complete, as-built documentation: electrical drawings, network layouts, I/O lists, program backups, and functional descriptions. Your team can find what they need without reverse-engineering the machine.

SOP Development

We write clear, step-by-step standard operating procedures for startup, shutdown, changeover, and fault recovery. New hires get consistent instructions, and experienced staff have a reference when something unusual happens.

How we work

Built around your team and your shifts

Training only works if it fits the people and the schedule. We tailor the content to your operators and maintenance staff and deliver it on the actual equipment, in sessions that fit around production.

Documentation is reviewed with your team before it is finalized, so it reflects how the system is really run.

  1. Scope

We identify who needs training, what they need to be able to do, and what documentation is missing or out of date.

  2. Develop

We prepare training material, SOPs, and system documentation specific to your equipment and your procedures.

  3. Deliver

We run hands-on sessions on the floor, scheduled around your shifts, for operators and maintenance separately.

  4. Verify

Trainees demonstrate the tasks on the equipment, and we revise material based on what they found unclear.

  5. Hand off

We deliver the final documentation package and SOPs in the formats your plant uses.
